Highlights of Activities
Our Annual General Meeting for 2005 was held on 13 September 2005. It was followed by a Chinese Culture Talk by Mrs Lee Mei Yin on Dun Huang and the fascinating stories behind these unique caves. Mrs Lee is a well-known authority on many aspects of Chinese culture, including the Chinese art of weaving, customs and traditions of historical China, and the paintings and relics of Dun Huang. The event was very well-attended and Mrs Lee kept her audience engrossed throughout the presentation.
