Around 200 students joined the Leadership Training Programme on Coaching for Job Interview Skills, by courtesy of Helen Kan. The practical training course helped students build up their confidence in getting a suitable job with better preparation for interviews. Role playing and experience sharing were much enjoyed in the session. We received exceptional response from the students.

“Personally I appreciate and enjoy the interaction a lot. I didn’t think it would run smoothly to interact with students among nearly 200 participants, and interacting with only one student might not help the others learn the most.
