The Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association (HKWPEA) is proud to organize the 8th Outstanding Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Award in 2021. This Award was first organized in 1999 and is generally a triennial event.
The Outstanding Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Award honors and celebrates the achievements of women in Hong Kong. It recognizes women professionals and entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions in their work and to society. These are women who exemplify high integrity and ethical standards, providing outstanding role models to the community locally and/or globally.
Award exercises were held in 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2017, and 2021. Video highlights are shared below.

2021 OWPEA Announcement Press Conference

2021 Outstanding Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Award (OWPEA) was successfully launched on 1 Jun 2021 at the OWPEA Announcement Press Conference, completed with simultaneous live broadcast.
Reporters from HKET 經濟日報, HK Commercial Daily 香港商報 and Ta Kung Pao 大公報 attended in person while 20 HKWPEA members joined online.
The Announcement started off with an introduction of HKWPEA by President Helen Kan; followed by highlights of the 2021 OWPEA delivered by Organizing Committee Chairperson Grace Tse. The Judging Panel and Independent Advisor were announced by Founding President Marina Wong. The event was concluded with a meaningful sharing session with Past Awardees – Dr. Jane Lee, JP and Ms. Karen Chan, JP, moderated by Dr. Magdalena Wong. The huge support of past awardees is indeed an endorsement of HKWPEA’s works.
